The Rosamond Skypark Association, a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation chartered in 1985, operates the Rosamond Skypark Airport, FAA identifier L00 (Lima Zero Zero) and is the Homeowner’s Association of owners within the Rosamond Skypark residential/commercial planned unit development (PUD). 

Day-to-day affairs of the Association are administered by a five-member elected Board of Directors.
